APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for choosing Bluebells School International! We invite you to apply to our school and look forward to reading your child’s application.

Before you begin the application, there are some important instructions that we would like to share. Please make sure to review them in detail as the application once submitted cannot be changed.

1. Kindly add a functioning email to receive a unique password for your application to Bluebells School International. Please note the school will use this email for all application related communication.
2. Only one application can be registered for each child. Incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information without supporting documents or multiple registration will lead to an immediate rejection of the application.
3. Registration of an application does not guarantee admission.
4. In case you are applying for two or more children you have to fill out a new application for each child.
5. Each application may be saved at any point and edited, however once submitted the data is treated as final and no changes are permitted.
6. Submitting the application DOES NOT complete the application process. Parents are requested to print the completed application form and submit it at school along with all supporting documents to complete the registration process of an application. Registration fee of INR 25/- (per application) will be paid in cash in the school premises during the registration process.
7. IMPORTANT: We have provided a list of accepted documents below. Kindly upload all applicable documents while filling the online application form. Please note that you will be required to submit duly self-attested hard copies of each applicable document along with the application form during registration at the school.
   • Child’s Birth Certificate
   • Residence Proof
   • Recent passport size photos of the parents and the child
   • Proof of alumni (Passing Certificate, Mark Sheet etc.), if applicable.
   • Proof of Sibling studying at Bluebells School International (Not Cousins) (Report card, Fee slip etc.), if applicable.
   • Child with Special Needs Certificate, if applicable.
   • Minority Group Certificate, if applicable.
   • Certificate of the category you belong to (if not General).
   • Single Parent Certificate, if applicable.
   • Adoption Certificate, if applicable.
8. The size of the documents should not be more than 1MB. Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG for images and JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF for documents.
9. In case of age relaxation of up to 30 days in the minimum and upper age limit, an application (Hard copy) addressed to the principal needs to be submitted for approval.
10. Recommended browsers are Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
11. The information sought in the registration form is for statistical purposes only. This has no bearing on admission criteria. The benefit of points under staff ward, alumni and sibling is restricted to two children only. Points will not be allocated to third or onward child.
